This work is focused on the price of electricity, components that compose and factors affecting this price. Includes brief overview of energy legislation, namely to the rights and obligations of distributors of electricity, energy traders and customers. Furthermore, the work deals with the researches of the energy market in the Czech Republic, the different rates of selected suppliers and evaluating their suitability for the customer.

Trade of electricity - the possibilities of the end customer

The main topic of this thesis is the trading with one of the most important commodity in the market – electricity. This thesis will analyse the topic from the point of view of a natural person who potentially would like to start trading in the market. The description focuses on causes and consequences of the market liberalization. The electricity trading will be also analyzed from the point of view of a consumer and also of a producer. Possibilities will be listed on how to purchase and sell electricity, principles how particular markets work and also comparison of the price of electricity with the prices of other commodities. The aim is to give a detailed description about domestic market electricity price creation. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the situation in the domestic market with electricity and future development in this branch, expressing also considerations about switching the electricity supplier.

Tóthová, K. Social responsibility of customers regarding charging for plastic bags in Slovakia. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. This thesis deals with the social responsibility of customers in Slovakia with regards to the charging for plastic bags in terms of plastic waste minimization. Based on evaluation of consumers behavior, the aim of this thesis is to propose recommendations for retailers in the area of communication, aiming to improve general knowledge on social responsibility and environmental behavior. The first part of thesis concentrates on theoretical explanation of CSR concept from the business and consumer perspective and introduces relevant terms related to stakeholders, CSR communication strategies and standards. The second part of the thesis, the outcome part, contains the orientational analysis, secondary data analysis, quantitative and qualitative research analysis in order to understand consumers behavior. Based on the evaluation, we propose solutions to retailers which lead to increased awareness of social responsibility within environmental behavior. Eventually, these evaluation activities can also be applied economically.
Unfair commercial practices used by the Czech retailers

This bachelor thesis is focused on unfair commercial practices and consumer protection. First of all it explains basic concepts such as commerce, retail, wholesale, businessman or consumer and next it devotes to unfair commercial practices. It contains devision to a misleading and agressive commercial practices and their difference. This work also shows the institutions and various organizations that can be contacted by consumers in case of an unfair commercial practice. For the consumers it is very important to know their rights about a purchase. This work is based on Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices, where all information concerning consumer rights and obligations of sellers can be found. The situation is detected by using questionnaire and a controlled in-depth interview with director of a control from the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate these unfair commercial practices used by the Czech retailers. The aim is to determine the extent and potential impact on customers and how the Czech Trade Inspection Authority solves these situations.
Character of a businessman and its influence on a brand positioning

The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of brand positioning of Partners Financial services, a.s. and on businessmen who cooperate with this company. Theoretical part first focuses on term of businessman and on its differences from other participants in the market. Term marketing and its utilisation, marketing strategy, brand or marketing research are discussed in the next chapters. The research of this thesis is introduced in the practical part. According to collected data I will evaluate behaviour of businessmen and explain and analyse the influence of his or her business activity on perception of brand Partners Financial Services, a.s. by their clients. This will also be the goal of my bachelor thesis.
Lex causae of consumer contracts with international element

The thesis is based on the previous work of the author written as a thesis to terminate undergraduate studies in law. In the beginning, it covers two main sources of the EU law regarding the lex causae of contracts with an international element in the area of civil and commercial obligations, i. e. The Rome convention and the Rome I Regulation. In order to better capture the evolution in determination of the lex causae in commercial and civil contracts with an international element, the author introduces first the former and consequently in a comparative way, also the latter. Since this part of the thesis is presented in more general way, it follows that the author deals with the particular issue of consumer protection in the second part. The second part of the thesis covers the issue of consumer contracts as regards the Rome convention and the Rome I Regulation. While generally, contracts are characterized by their nature of performance, in the case of consumer contracts, it is the nature of contractual parties which is decisive. Regarding the consumer contracts, the author analyses the basic terminology of therein in the Czech and the EU context and also indicates possible linguistic problems. Analysis, design and implementation of CRM solutions for selected company

Bachelor thesis focuses on the area of information systems, which are used to support customer relationship management in companies. The main objective of this work is to provide a sample of solution for CRM system implementation for real customer from the banking sector. The first part defines basic functional areas of any CRM application. Each of these areas is described in more detail in terms of its primary use and tasks that within the CRM as a whole performs. Further is described the analytical area of CRM application (or Customer Intelligence), which is gradually playing a key role in the entire CRM system in past few years. It includes its potential uses in various fields. At the end of the theoretical part, the author compares the fundamental differences between cloud model of deployment and traditional on-premise solution. The practical part focuses on the main objective of the thesis and description of the supplied solution in the form of a module, which extends the existing CRM application with the option for business partners registration of Hypoteční banka, a. s. and ČSOB Pojišťovna, centralized in one system. The requirement is build in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and as the source system it is used CRM system of Hypoteční banka, a. s..
The evaluation of technical indicators in trading on the commodity market

This work is focused on theoretical description, practical testing and evaluation of technical indicators in trading on commodity markets. The work is systematically divided on theoretical and practical parts. In the beginning of the first part is described theoretical analysis in general, which consists of the technical indicators and the chart patterns. Thereafter is theoretical part focused on the description of indicators and principles, on which are technical indicators founded. Part of the indicators descriptions are possible trading strategies and use for capture of trading signals. In the second part of the work are evaluated each indicators using definite trading strategies. The evaluation is performed by backtesting strategies on commodity markets historical data. The indicators are evaluated from the perspective of particular strategies profitability, taking into account the broker fees.
